Skylarks in the Park, an exhibition of works by 17 artists from Skylark Galleries and their friends, opens on Monday 24 May in Mile End Art Pavilion, in east London. The gallery is set next to a lake in the 90-acre Mile End Park in Tower Hamlets, a perfect place to relax in the sun and see the latest work from artists from the South Bank-based artist-run galleries.
There are works by Melissa Alley, Amando Averillo, Lucinda Beatty, Carol Edgar, Saskia Ellis Holden, Michelle Elwell, William Frost, Keith Gretton, Gill Hickman, Clare Johnson, Orson Kartt, Deana Lee, Eileen Martin, Ben Mosley, Sara Sherwood, Sally Swingewood and Steve Yeates.
